3days at mondy

hi just spent the last 3 days at monduran.arived at the dam from sunshine coast at 9 am went striagt to b arm casting plastics till about mid day no fish but did have a few small taps water temp 28.
Back on the water 4pm casting lures in bird bay no fish but a couple of taps back at camp 8pm.
friday on the water at 5am to troll the main basin 26.5 temp picked up a 94 cm barra at 630 in the basin on the left of weed bed coming of the small island in 36 ft of water, using +10 guns and roses classic lure.
trolled to 10am for nothing.

Back on the water at 5 to do the same troll the weed bed in36 ft piked up a 100 cm at 800pm same spot same lure .
back sat 430am trolled the same spot had to hits no hook ups .

all in all we were very lucky the fishing has been very quiet from all acounts from people that had been there all week for 0 fish.

water wasnt to bad considering the rain they had there was a lot off bait in the dam small gar 2inchs long lots of boney bream about 1 inch and shrimp the barra were spitting out boney bream as they we brang them to the boat.

Well done Dean,

I was one the blokes who fished for 0 fish for the weekend. (Apart from a 60cm catfish) Spoke to plenty of others who caught nothing as well. Out of our group of 8 (besides catfish) we had one 50cm bass on the board between us and it was caught 300m from the ramp on the first day.
