Well - Thats all Folks.
They're closing this Sunday. :'(

No more fun for Family & Friends and giving the kiddies a break from the boat,
to have a safe (not sharky) swim, after fishing. And grab a great Lunch & "Drink".

This was the most unique Beer Garden for Boaties - Ever.
And will be missed by all that has ever visited........ with barefeet.

This is your last call for all the great times everyone has had there in the last 40 odd years,

Thanks Tipplers for lasting this long. 8-)

Yep it's 'goodbye' to Tipplers or, perhaps, au revoir.

My bet is that, after some time has passed and when the economic situation allows, Tipplers will be re-developed as an up-market resort.

Not that you and I will have a chance to invest. Developers and friends of the Gold Coast City Council will have their sights on it.

Mclarens, just up from Tipples, to the north.... Look for a big balinese hut and a Jetty with Mclarens on it..... I had few drinks up there a couple off weeks ago.. The wife and I like it better then Tipplers....

Hey Guys,

Maybe it's time to do a roll call and a mini M&G?

I'll be there from about 10am on with a couple of other boats.

I'm guessing the turnout will be good, and it will be Tipplers best day of trade ever!

Regards

Darren

I'm in boatboy. Will try get a mate to drive so I can suck down a few coldies! Look out for a dirty white polycraft centre console. Will wear my ausfish polo.

Got an MROCP exam in the morn and will probably head over after that.
