Question for anyone who fishes out of Noosa

Hi All,

Has anyone had any luck for mackerel, tuna etc around Halls reef lately??

Sunshine reef is a bit far for my boat.

Hi Dan

I fished up there over Xmas time and January and there wasn't much happening around halls. Woud be worth a try around Jew Shoal, caught a few spaniards there and generally a bit more protected than Sunshine.

Plenty of small tuna around mate and mackeral.

Spotties have been quite thin but there are spaniards around.

Halls is a good spot for spaniards too.

was shit loads of macks outside the bar on the weekend, but there is heaps of bait around and they are not feeding that well, very scarce hard to get close, and wont take trolled baits.
