Hey Guys - I lost a spring (curly type) that sits on disc break caliper as per photo. Apparently they've changed that design and now use a different set up for the spring. As I live remote I have received the parts but don't have a clue on how it should be fitted. Can someone who has the new set up post a photo so I can see how it should go?

Try to email Dunbier Trailers, I'm sure they will be able to help.
Email: dunbqld@dunbier.com (dunbqld@dunbier.com)

I just brought another boat, the 2006 Dunbier trailer brake system was totally rusted out so brought a new system from a local trailer shop, $500 all up, wasn't Dunbier though.

Hey Easyrider - the spring conncts to the lever that applies the brake and returns it back so that the break releases. You shouldn't need to drop the wheel off. The new part they sent looks like it slides over the lever but it has a bolt and I'm stuffed if I can work out what's going on.

Yeh that's the old set up with the curly spring in shot. They have now eliminated that spring and have a heavy duty set up that won't break. Dumbier QLD got back to me with some photos. Thanks guys - problem solved.
