well the rod is finished and it catches fish. i still had the problem with colour preserver as you will see in the pix. i rewraped the main stripper guide because it was too far up and only used the cp on the under wrap, you can see the diference anyway thanks for the advice you guys now its time for another rebuild:)

Good effort on your first rod Hanger. Once you find a good product that works for you and you know it's characteristics stick to it.
