VMR or CG

I fish from Sunshine coast to the goldcoast - evenly

Now the question is which organisation do i join
( and don't say everyone of them)

If i join one, am i covered for breakage down the gold coast and sunshine cost with one membership????

CG does not have a reciprocal arrangement with VMR. I belong to Redcliffe CG & they will arrange a tow through other CG branches.

i'm with vmr jacobs well they look after you from goldcoast to bribi. they used to look after you qld wide for an extra $10 but stoped it 2 or 3 years ago.

just pay either one of them the $55 so at least you're helping them out. if you ever need a tow and the other one gets ya home then slip them some petrol money anyway, how many tows are you expecting to have in a year?

we're with redcliffe coast guard and treat our membership purely as a donation for the year, if we ever have to get towed by them i'll be slipping them some extra cash for fuel anyway because i know that $55 doesn't buy much fuel these days and i'd probably spend that on one days fuel in the boat as it is.
