I'm thinking of supplementing the 90l underfloor tank with an auxilliary plastic tank like this...

http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-1770-23-litre-low-profile-fuel-tank.aspx

I thought I could connect this fuel line assembly...
http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-1774-fuel-line-assemblies.aspx

I need some kind of valve switching arrangement that I can plumb in that will allow me to switch from the underfloor tank to the auxilliary tank...any ideas??

Install one of these on yuor boat http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-1754-eastern-clear-bowl-fuel-filter.aspx

Then its easy to add isolation valves monted on the filter or you can simply disconect each fuel tank by the way of a quick fit fitting sealing off the fuel line.

I already have the fuel filter/seperator fitted, so where can I find an isolation valve/switch?

One of these http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-1772-3-way-valve.aspx
And one of these http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-1768-elbow-connector.aspx to go into the filter from the tap and 2 of these for the fuel lines http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-1779-brass-hose-tails.aspx

Hi

You could do this, I switch between 130 under and 100 back, works well

Cheers

You have 2 inlets and 2 outlets to the filter.. just put isolations on both inlets and switch between the 2

Use these http://www.biasboating.com.au/p-981-brass-ball-valves.aspx with the right brass connectors. all available from Bias

I did exactly the same thing as you're suggesting.
Cut the fuel line underfloor and the feed line now goes into one of the 3-way brass valves as mentioned in a previous post. The other inlet on the 3-way valve has a quick connect fitting to suit your aux. tank hose as you suggested. Then my outlet hose from the 3-way valve feeds thru an inline fuel filter and further down the line also goes through an additional water seperation filter as suggested in another post. The reason for not isolating on the seperation filter is because its mounted outside of my transom on the rear of the boat. All works fine for me, just a quick connect/disconnect as needed.
If you need photos send me a PM.
