I was just wondering if anyone knew the major food source for Maroon dam? Are there Bony Bream and other bait sources in the dam?

On the same subject, Does anybody know if there is a site that would have this kind of info for QLD and NSW dams.

EDIT: OK, just checked sweetwater and the answer for Maroon is there but not for all dams. So another source for this kind of info would be great.

Thanks Josh

No boney bream in there, main food source is fire tail gudgons, bugs & insects, that's why it's such a good surface dam.

Yeh the boneys seem to make all the difference (with only the rare exception)
Maroon has no boneys & has a great surface bite yet Moogerah Dam is just up the road a little with large schools of boneys and not known for any sort of surface action.
