I have to replace my springs on my Dunbier Trailer. I have a good friend who can do this for me but have to purchase them myself first. I would like to know are there bad ones out there I should avoid or are they mostly the same. Advice on where to buy would be great. I'd rather buy some good ones as for safety and quality when towing on the highway etc. Appreciate the advice. Darren.

Mostly the same I reckon as they're probably all made in China.
At least all the springs in the chain shops that is.

Active Fab at Beenleigh are good for price but ring around to see where they're made.

Almost all of the stuff you will find in the chainstores comes from one supplier some from another.....mostly cheap and inferiour.

The specilaist trailer suppliers like active fab and all trailer spares have some significantly better products..... they'll still have cheap stuff, but they do have better stuff to sell you.

This will be obvuous when you pick up and handle the stuff in their showrooms.

Not everything is made in china, but expect to pay a bit more.

cheers

Thanks all - I'll probably take up Grants and Live4Fishin details for the business in Morayfield and Brendale as they are closer to my area. Appreciate the usual good service again from Ausfishers. Thanks. Have a great and safe long weekend. Darren.
