G'day All,
Been chasing a few Bass up the rivers of late, using the TT Rev Heads a bit but am looking for the same thing in lighter weights, lightest I can find the TT's is 1/4 ounce, looking for 1/8th or even 1/16th and have been told that the Pony Heads come with light weight, problem is I can't find em anywhere locally here on the Goldy, anyone got any ideas, Cheers, Jamie.

I haven't seen them around up here, have you tried Mo? A mate recently showed me a bass dvd (filmed around northern NSW I think) using the pony heads and they seemed very effective.
Cheers

why dont you just use a Betts Spin, can go as light as you like then. Doug Berts should have them

Hi Tony, I've tried MO, they have a section for Secret Creek but have no items listed, maybe "coming soon", I've seen the DVD you refer to, "Wild River Bass", that's what gave me the idea to try them in the 1st place, great movie, gotta get down the mid North Coast one day and do a canoe safari, how's the night surface session footage, looked the goods.
Steven, Thanx Mate, I've got some of the Betts attachments but find they hang up a bit more, the TT's never do but are too heavy for the skinny water I'll be workin, will go back to them though if all else fails.
Cheers, Jamie.

Sure is an awesome DVD, I haven't chased Bass for a while and will definately have to squeeze a Bass fish in soon, especially if I can't get my Barra mojo back! :D

Thanx Placticin, as they say desperate times require desperate deeds!!!!!
Tony - at least you've got a Barra mojo to lose, I've only managed one Barra assault, a full on 15 hour a day over 3 days Mondy mission, couldn't even bag a catty, even with Ben's (eotbmg) wealth of knowledge and wisdom we lucked out, did watch him bag a couple of metereys within 20 foot of us though, he even gave us different lures to try!!!!! Learnt more off him in those few days than you could in a lifetime of reading, keen to get up there again for another crack!!!! Cheers, Jamie.

hehe It seriously is a cruel and painfull addiction - even as I type I'm planning my next attack :P
Good luck with your next assault, I'm sure you'll know well enough how to go at it next time after Ben's tuition, and the reports on here sure are worth their weight in gold sometimes (as I'm sure you know!)
This may be my last post for a while, my isp has gone bust :( so I'll be very quiet for a few weeks I think (pausing for applause). Time to do a short notice family camp I think - that's one excuse they can't use! (i.e. No internet) at least they'll have the hotspot at Monduran ;D
p.s. sorry for going off topic Jamie - good luck in the search, please let me know how you go!
Cheers
