this is what I have been looking for:

I am after 6”10 to 7”2 spin rod for ripping minnows and top water lures for Trevs, queen fish etc.. lures I will be using range from 5 – 13 grams. I would like to have a split butt grip to assist with casting distance (fish a lot land base). Not sure what the correct terminology is, however I need the tip to be stiff to help rip the minnows through the water. I haven’t seen too many off the shelf rods that suit these requirements, the closest I have seen are some from the steez range.
