Cod caught up the Murray Sep 08

Here is a cod that was caught up the murray in September by my uncle, was released.
Was caught on an old rod with only a worm.

What are peoples thoughts on it in regards to size weight? if it is pretty decent etc?

In regards to the blood near its tail im not sure how that happened to be honest.

At a guess I would say about 18 to 22kgs for weight. The blood marks looks like bruising from tucking into a snag during the fight and being wrestled out, not uncommon to see those sort of injuries in freshwater fish.
