Finished work a couple of day's early this xmas,:D so i thought i would grab my old man & the canoe & go to the Severn (about 1 hours drive).......

Had a lot of storms there so the water was very milky (about 10cm visability)........Finished up catching only 3 Cod 2@500 & 1@590 lost 4 others:(

the Cod were almost white from the milky water.......

We were only there for 3 hours so in the conditions probably wasn't to bad ............still beats working.....;D

good stuff,,i fished the dumeraq the other weekend for about the same results,,,water was like choccy milk...fish had alot of lernia also,,how did your fish look other than whitish..cheers bdowdy..brett

Hi Brett, the Cod were all thin fish not much condition,,, but they fought well.....
