Just wondering if you can tow a skier/tube/wakeboard behind a twin hull?
Never been in one so i don't know what they handle like.

Everything is possible, though not everything is probable...how cryptic :)
Most ski areas are quite restricted, so you are turning alot which is definately not a cat's strong points. If you want to ski etc, get a mono hull. If you want to fish and also ski, still get a mono hull. If you want to fish, get a cat!
btw, what's the reason why you are asking

done it lots of times, the twin Motors give you heaps of torque, but as mentioned, you can forget any tight turn "whips" unless you are on a Lake that is large, turning will be about as much fun for the driver, as skiing is to the skiers!

you can still ski, but it is not the best compromise as a ski/fish Boat, a mono will do it so much better, but if you want to fish 95% and ski 5% then maybe it is OK, but anything more ski intended I would go for a good performing Mono.

I have a Webster 4.3 with a Yamaha 60 2s.
It would be a poor skiboat.
It does turn very tightly but leans the wrong way which is very un-nerving for the passengers.
The wake may not be suitable, never tried it.
The real issue is power and speed, even with the sixty there is not a lot of grunt for lifting skiers, boat is fine by itself but a heavy skier would really make it bog.
Top speed is 27 knots by GPS which is pretty slow for skiing.
It may be OK for the kids on a tube occasionally, but not really the intended use of that boat.
