Evinrude motor ID

Looking at an ID for my evinrude 9.9hp.
Problem is one of the tag numbers is worn off.
Can some one tell me if the Hp rating would be printed as 9.9 or 10.

This what I can read of it AE1#BAEIR, which to me is an Australian Evinrude [AE], HP ? duno but is it a 0 or a 5 after the one [1#]. Rope start Ac lighting [BA], 1991 [EI], model run [R].
It pushes a 11ft tinny me 100kg and a crap load of gear to 20knts, so I thinks it may be a 15 with 9.9 engine cover.

Looking at the manual I think there was a 10 (9.9) and 15 both covered by the same manual, and they share a lot of parts.

Yes, but is mine a 9.9 or a 15 ?
