might as well start looking for the Tooth Fairy and the winning Lotto numbers as well! you will probably find them first though! I don't think there is anything that even resembles carpet that a hook does not get snagged/caught/tangled in at some time or another.

theres a carpet we get through P@R floors called plush thats not a loop style carpet which they class as hookless its a marine carpet but not cheap

The PR floors brand do one in their marine/outdoor range I think.

Try Carpet Call for Walklertek. Its the one used in hospitals. Rubber backed and looks more like vinyl.
Had it in the tinny for 4 years verry easy to clean , non-slip and not too expensive.
