i got some bad news from my mechanic today cant source a bore sleeve for my ski boat 2.5lit 200hp merc and doesnt think he can find another block either
if anyone one can put me in touch with a shop or someone that can help or has 1 in stock it would make christmas more fun

i need a 5-310 approx 133.5long 93.5 outside diameter
i have tried a few places in qld vic nsw if anyone has a contact in sa maybe

i am having no luck getting one in qld does anyone know of shop in sydney melbourne or adelaide that may have one name or phone number would be great

mmmm correct me if im wrong. dont the 200 mercs use what they call the chrome bore.... or at least the early ones did...

try Arizona outboards in NSW, they are just South of Newcastle, very helpful, lots of stock, know their stuff and will ship it to you at the right price, dealt with them a few times now, never had a drama.

I have a .doc I made with most of the of the wreckers details on it, going through the list systematically has helped me before, pm your email if you would like it.

In theory you might be able to source one from somewhere the US in around the same time frame as one from here, price might even be comparable.

thanks for that fnq fantastic i have gotten onto a guy that has two he is sending up tomorrow.
the parts directory would be helpful as i also have a johnson outboard.:(
