10 inch tyres and rims

I've recently purchased a tinnie with those little 10inch tyre/rims. There is no spare on it; so does anyone have some 10inch rims/tyres sitting around where they have upgraded to bigger tyres. Let me know what you want for them, I'm in Bundy.
