Hi

Got a mate who's been thinking of buying a boat for a long while. He's got a bit of experience from a previous boat. Wants something comfy for him and his wife but something he can do some tuna fishing in etc, so he's after an allrounder.

He's keen on a Whittley Clearwtaer 1900 at the moment. Anyone got any experience with these - build quality, best hp, ride etc?

Cheers,
Jigs

Check the review on boatpoint , I had look at these as the price was good but it wasnt set out as I would have liked and the aussie whittly sea legend is a much better boat than than the yank clear water imo .

Have a whittley cruiser, really do the like the hull (nothing else) would go the sea legend hull rather than clearwater.

Ok, thanks guys. He's gone ahead and bought it so it'll be good to check it out.
