After being smooth water only for the past few years with the Port-A Bote I am really looking foward to getting back on PPB and along the coast in the replacement boat .

Bought a secondhand Quintrex Funfisher 157 at the weekend ,but have to wait a fortnight to get the engine serviced.

Its going to be a long 2 weeks.

Thanks to Grand Marlin for help

And to Paul at Terrence Boating & Leisure Centre for some prompt repairs to the boat trailer at short notice.

Regards

Mate good stuff, lots of quality hours coming up in that girl, 2 weeks will see your first first 5 'boating' hours just sitting in it and looking at stuff I bet!:)

cheers fnq

Looks like a beauty seabug.
Easy to handle solo and economical to use and own, also.
Hope you have a ball.
Cheers.

Hi fnq+nigelr,
Thanks
The boat is in pretty good condition except for a few small spots of paint lift/corrosion around a couple of fittings and on the tie-up crosses each side at the back.
I will have to do a search on Ausfish to see how to nuetralize that.

Bit of a difference to the 6m+ platey that I have been planning on getting.
Have to thank GWB and his mates in Wall Street for that.>:( >:( >:( >:(
