Hi All
I haven't been out over the currumbin bar for about 12 months, I've heard reports of a lot of silting, and have seen it first hand a while back.
I'm in a 550 outsider and was wondering if anyone is crossing in a similar boat or if it is just a no go zone.
If anyone is going out do they have a prefered method or track, or can you post a chart plotter track?
Cheers C

Very heavily silted at the moment.
Navigable half-tide and above.
Inside the creek stay to the western side and after passing the rock wall travel to the east.
You will need to run in the surf gutter well towards Palm Beach before turning.
Be careful and you will be OK.

Passed there sometime a couple of weeks ago at low, and there was no water at the mouth at all, just sand :o
