I think I am walking it with the missus and her work. Apparently I need something called exercise. I thought is was an urban legend that exercise thing, looks like launching and retrieving a boat doesnt count. ;)

I did some serious injury in a club run last tuesday, so now I am in doubt. Worst case I will walk it, but still a couple of weeks to go. Fingers crosssed some ice will fix it!!!

sure might be able to get a few together for next outing, sometimes I find launching and retrieving it solo can be bit hard if the wind is up a little. ;D
