Swains Trip

Just a quick report from my Swains trip 2nd August, weather was good and the fishing great, biggest fish went 42lbs ( Spanish mackerel) all in all good trip good guys

The boat name was Iron Joy magic boat only about 1 year old

Looks like you came across some good fish. The stabilizers on the boat would have made it pretty comfy

Goes from Gladstone departs 4pm Saturday, we went NE and started fishing Sunday 8am, left for home Friday 1pm back to Gladstone at 5.30am Saturday, Boat does about 8-9 knots

Looks like an absolute pearler of a trip, great weather and plenty of red fish, can't ask for more than that!!
