Short translation:

Roy has for many years planned fishing halibut with fly-gear, This weekend he cracked the code and has landed 2 halibut, 7kg and 23kg :D

More information will follow but hes still fishing :D

Chris, they have the texture of a top notch fillet steak, and are as sweet as..............nothing comes close in my book.

I used to watch them landed from the Fleetwood trawlers that went to icelandic waters, way back when. They'd have just one halibut on each trolley, they were that big! :o I think the rod caught record is just over 400lbs

i tried a flounder once when i was younger and it was beautiful
i would love try a big fish like that,

The Norwegian record is 202kg (about 400lb I guess) :)

Thats a big flounder, let me se if I can find a link to a newspaper or something about it.
