Another Noosa Plastic mission 10-08-08

Hit is again today with Adrian after our success on Wednesday.
Left the ramp at a lazy 11.30am....:P for the afternoon session and the wind was westerley and once out the conditions were sensational.
The wind turned later and blew quite strong form the N/E making for some sloppy conditions...:-/ ...but we hung in there and got 9 snaps on the plastics.

More fillets for the week ahead.8-)

Yes wayne.....we were in 40m.

Patience pays.....we burleyed for a long time then they bit hard for only half an hour.

Yeah the mark is quite a funny one...

There doesnt seem to be many fish holding on it but with a good burley trail the fish eventually show up.
The bite only lasted half an hour yesterday.

Man nice fish. I have started to use plastic's but haven't had any success any pointer's. I have 5in Nuclear chickens and a couple of other sp. I fish the mooloolaba and caloundra area's in about 10 - 25 meters of water. My mission this year was to catch one good snapper. So far not so good. Cheers Bicko

Well done Pete a good feed there indeed. Would be good to have a good sized boat to go out and bag some of those real pink boyz.
