Late report from wend .Left Mooloolaba at about 500pm and headed to some marks just short of the 50m line not much happening and the sea was perfect so out we went headed for the 80-90m line first drift over a nice patch of wire my PB snap of 5.2kg about 73cm , next time round another nice squirey snap. In hindsight this would have been a good time to anchor. Next time will make the call earlier. High tide was for about 930-10pm and we kept doing the same drift for an end result of 4 snaps & 3 trag. Awsome night to be on the water had a great trip. Back at the ramp at 830 am after traveling back 30knots the whole way..nice.

Puting these photos on took me twice as long as last time. Couple of pics from wend before with the wifey just inside Morton for an overnighter. Busta loves Parrot as well.

Good to see the bigger fish are about at the banks, can't wait for the weather to come good to get out after them.

Nice looking boat Dunny there are a lot of Fishers starting to get about now we should organise a Fisher owners M&G fishing trip to the banks or up to Rainbow. I'm sure Col would be interested, he could even run it as a promotional day and pay for our fuel. HA HA HA:P :D

Sounds good to me Scrubba hope Col is reading Im sure he would enjoy filling up approx 15 boats with fuel. Either way Rainbow sounds good always catch a few up that way.

15 boats would just be spare change for Col;) . I had better not be too cheaky I have to get my motor serviced shortly. We are heading up to Rainbow as soon as we get a weekend with good weather. We are doing a big overnighter up to the Gardiner Banks most likely leaving early on a friday morning returning saturday night or early sunday morning depending on conditions. I will send you a pm when the weather is looking good.
