Has any one got a TLD 10 or TLD 5? I had a 10 years back and would love an other one.

Be aware that they tend to go for ridiculous money relative to the price of a new TLD15.
How similar is the Charter Special in specs? And what about the smallest Tyrnos?
Will have to see if I can dig up the specs on the 5 and 10 to compare. They are somewhat legendary, but I wonder whether they still stand up to the current technology and the various new models out there?. I have 15 and 25 and love them, they continually amaze me as to their ability in bang for buck terms.
Cheers

Thanks Dave. Got a 25 myself and the 10 is just a scaled down version , not much bigger than a baitcaster. It'd be a great reel to live bate jacks with. The 5 is the same as the 10, but half as wide, looks odd but it'd do the job. Great drag, same as the bigger boys.

My memory was that when they stopped selling the 5 and 10 the Charter Special (TR2000LD) was introduced to replace them!? I am assuming that it is the same size and specs as the 10?
No luck on the specs yet!, more digging to do!
Cheers

I have a TLD 10 that I was going to stick on Ebay. it is spooled with 20lb bionic and as above, they are now collectors items and I would want $200 minimum for it.
PM me if interested, located in Cleveland
