Left ramp at 2pm, at spot X by 2.30pm out went the Nuke Chooks and on the second drift my mate is on, fish is pulling real hard at first which made me think it was a Mack Tuna but eventually the head shakes started and we soon realised it was a good knobby and soon we had that awsome sight of a big knob surfacing about 10 feet behind the boat, the fish glided nicely into the net and a new PB for my mate at 8.5kg. Next drift and another fish at 5kg then fish shut down, home at ramp by 5pm.
Also fished last night at our usual Jew spot thinking the full moon was on Sunday as it turned out I was wrong it was on that night and as always the fish were not there on the full.
