The old man has gotten a bee in his bonnet about catching a big cobia. I've never fished for them before, we normally chase snapper out on deep tempest. I know there are some guru cobia fishermen on this site after looking at previous reports and photos. Any suggestions of where i could start to pick one up so that i can go back to snapper fishing? At the same time I've been having trouble finding the bait reefs on the northern end of moreton. If someone has a fairly reliable mark or general area for finding livies they could pm me would be fantastic. Will be heading out this weekend to see if we can get stretched. Will re-post how we end up. Thanks in advance
