Looking at buying a 6.4 fisher cuddy, wondering if anyone has any info on fuel consumption on a 150 yamaha, a 150 honda and a 175 suzuki? Also any opinions on how the 150 yami & honda would push the 6-4 fisher cuddy.
Much appreciated, Steve

175 obvisouly would have more go, but both the honda and yammy are trick motors.
seamedia done a great article on a 6 meter noble with 150 honda, gives all fuel data ect.

G'day Big Red , have you considered the mercury verado 200 hp L4 ,it weighs about 239 kgs , its 19 kgs heavier than the suzie 175 ,but 24 kgs lighter than the 200 hp suzie, remember the 150 honda and suzie ,and the 175 suzi are at 220 kgs , I am seriously looking at a 600 fisher maxi , all are good engines .

Got a DF150 on my 600 Maxi and am very happy with performance and economy. They are an outstanding engine.
The 640 will be a couple of hundred kilo heavier than mine so I would be looking at the 175 as a min and the 200 Zuke or Verado as an ideal.
Luv my Zuke but gee I would be tempted to buy one of those 200 Verados at that size boat.
Keep in mind that Col can do a good package with the Zukes but.
Cheers
Greg
