Another boating accident? Tweed River

I put this one up here hoping that someone might just know the owner of this boat. Unfortunatly, there is not a lot of info about the car and boat trailer.

Looks like right place, right time for the off-duty nurse who fished the young boy out & revived him. Brissy Ch9 news 6.00pm tonight said the dad is still missing but the police think this may not have been an accident. Time will reveal more info.

Just watched the news and it all sounds very suss to me.......taking a little boy out on the water without a life jacket........no gear........boat found dragged into the mangroves..........man still missing......... I dunno, the possibilities are endless.

Gut feeling tho on those sketchy details is a cruiser was involved somehow but thats just a gut feeling.

I hope the mother and family of the boy are doing ok through all this.

As stated , all a bit suss atm . I am sure there is a lot more to this than what has been revealed . Also on the news it was stated that the father was recently rescued from a bushwalking trek ( footage of this rescue was shown ) . Sounds like the child should be ok so thats a bonus .

In the paper today it said that a guy had said something to the father about not having a lifejacket on the kid and reckons the father made no attempt to get a lifejacket on him.
