I'm after some opinions or advice. Has anyone used the Ian Miller range of travel rods put out by shimano? I'm spending 2 weeks in Thailand in August and am in the market for a travel rod which isn't going to break the budget but can withstand some work. I was thinking in the 3-5kg range for flicking plastics and small to medium sized hard bodies and poppers. Pretty much an all round spin stick. I guess the target will be small to medium trevally and reef dwellers. Any thoughts on the topic would be appreciated.
