Has anybody had their chain regalvanized? is it worth doing or just buy new? I've got 35 metres thats looking a bit sad.

It wouldn't be worth doing. If the chain is already rusty, the rust will have to be removed via sandblasting or similar and then galvanized. Just re-galling with only slow down the corrosion if its already there.

But saying that, it depends how big the chain is, if its really heavy duty stuff (>15mm) it might be worth it, but if its only small (<15mm) it would be cheaper to just buy new stuff.
