Heres a mate a Peter faust......He reckons it stopped his feet getting sunburnt.....spose at least he wasnt wearing sandals too !! We bagged the crap out of him all trip!!
Its actually one of my favourite photos I've ever taken....he didnt fall in. It was only an 80cm barra.....on a bass rod!!!

No problem ..... I tell you what .... after I finished the 4 hour hike to Morgans Hut with 30kgs on my back ...... on my own _ _ _ Jazz ballet would have been a much better choice! ..........;D

4 hours...mate. there would have to be some pretty serious fishing at the other end for me to walk 4 hours. Looks like nice country though.

Never landed a fish :( ...... but I had fun over 3 days trying! ....... I just wasn't good enough to stay connected ..... or get those big & I do mean big brownies to hook up! ( gin clear & low water levels)

No Roo ...... all too easy:-/ follow the track from one hut to the next ......... & call up (radio) the water taxi to take you back 20km up the lake ........ beats walking another 8 hours;)

Chris Admittedly Chris it would look like there is not a beer in the picture......but too the trained eye...I have a beer strategicly (spelling) balanced on a certain part of my anotomy....it's not an easy trick but I have mastered it over the years;D.....As the said beer is not visible I will have to concede that u are right.......Incidently the only win your going to have....QUEENSLANDER....Cheers Whitto;D

Mate Im struggling, u put the camp photo up The Flano, The dodgy shorts, and not to forget THE BIG BLACK HAT, the chairs and the fire:).....Got to put my new boat seat in/do the wheel bearings/by a motorcycle battery for the Nav lights/once that is all done...who knows what will happen:-/....will let you know if I hit the bitumen north.........The cold weather reins me in a bit:(......Cheers Whitto

yes very true up intil about a month ago very warm then cccccccccccccoooooooollllllllllllllllldddddddddddd dd back gave way and took care of that fun ::)
