25 hp Evinrude Salvage

I want to convert my 1987 25 Evinrude to Electric Start.
Flywheel is toothed OK. Read about a starter kit No: 0173964 for about $400. (Too much!)

Does anybody have an old broken Electric Start motor with Battery charging that I could salvage::)

Ther is a guy on EBAY in the states that ships worldwide for a decent price if you can't locate a 2nd hander that won't cost you both arms.
