Its a tie for me between Boomerang Predatek 65's, and Jackall/Lake police DD Cheery 48mm in a Metalic green and Yellow.
People are starting to troll spinnerbaits out my way lately aswell, so AusSpin and Jaz Holographic Bladed for me in that department.

Fifty years ago -- crikey! That's given away my age -- yellow Flopys were the top lure. Then along came the Rebel fastbacks followed by the Mann's +5's and they were the ant's pants. Now I reckon Stumpjumpers are one of the best all-round freshwater lures on the market. My old Flopys still catch fish and if you fish intelligently, you can fish on even the cheapest lures.

I like trolling deep diving lures such as poltergeists and big scorps with the 8 metre bibs attached, not fussy as to what lure I use as long as it gets deep.

Reason being is that trolling brings out the best in those lures, unless you have steroid arms and can throw one of the buggers a long way by the time you cast and crank a deep working lure Back to the boat or shore its probably got to it's maximum depth for only a fraction of its time in the water. This means that those fish lurking down there may not get to see what you have on offer. Trolling delivers these lures to their working depth and allows them to stay there for as long as you want them to. This opens up a lot of new territory, particularly in mid river where anglers tend to miss but big fish will hang around.

If I'm using a shallow bibbed lure I'll always think about delivering it with a cast first.
