o/s warranty?

just a question for the guys who buy tackle o/s. how do you go about claiming warranty if needed? im thinking about getting a certate from o/s.

I doubt you'll have any dramas with a Certate but if you do just send it back to where you bought it from.

Japan tackle have a warrenty program so if you are worried about it i would buy there but you do pay alittle more for your reels which is still massive savings compared to here..

Whats likely to go wrong? I have bought parts from the diawa service in Australia for overseas purchases. The service centre is Sydney is absolutely fantastic and are really helpful. Say a worse case scenario is you shred the main gear what is a new one is likely to set you back what $20/$30?
