Hi Guys
Hit the cape yesterday afternoon for a quick trip, as I await the fisher to be built I went with a mate in his cruisercraft - nice boat indeed. We fished some 100M stuff for a reasonable mixed bag of pearlies, pigs, and then looked for some shallow stuff late in the afternoon, we grabbed a few snapps around the 80cm, 2 good jew and a few cod.
The conditions were excellent and always good to get a few quailty battles, pics quality is poor

cheers

Lido, conditions yesterday were as good as you'd ever get them hey! how did you go? Craig im swinging back to the 60 high thrusts now instead of the 90 suzzies, mainly because of weight. Its looking like ill need new pods to handle the extra weight and if this is the case it'd be about a $20 000 upgrade instead of $10 000. The suzzies will be about $4000 extra a piece and pods about $2000. It'll still do near 30kts very economically with the 60's, just wont have the extra grunt of the 90 suzzies but I think I have to draw the line somewhere. If only yamaha would make a 70 4 stroke >:( Cheers mate.

Hi Clee
Glad to hear you got a few we were out in the morning till 1pm not a great deal on the chew but wern't fishing too hard as we were running in the new motor came home with a squapper and a gold spot wrass. Had a good troll up around hutchies never got a touch. Sounds like the afternoon session was the time to fish.
