Wondering what the right grease is to use to rebuild my daiwa reels with.

I need something light and wont go hard in the colder conditions. Some grease is too heavy and makes the reel feel glugy and hard to spin.

Any ideas on brands??

Thanks
Jerry

Shimano make three grades of grease that are second to none, one for drags in a light blue badged tub (that is also excelent on main/heavey gears),another for light gears/friction parts in a yellow badged tub and finaly one designed for the slower spining bearings such as handle/rotor heads etc in a silver badged tub, these sell for around $18 a tub and should be at most tackle shops.

Just remember do not put to much grease the saying LESS IS BEST for reels
