lostnearbribie; i have been using it on a 4.75m bluefin tomcat for the last 6 months. shaft wasnt quite long enough when fishing in swell. power was ok but not enough for that boat in strong wind/current. hence buying a new more powerfull electric.

Kevin; bow mount riptide minn kota's come with or without autopilot. this model has autopilot. its a great feature, would'nt be without it.

Im going to take a punt here and suggest that you have a bow mount minnkota (pedal steer). I say this only because I have never heard of a transom mount electric nor can find one on the net that has auto pilot.
