I was thinking the same. I didn't think Blue Groper got up this far.

Those dolphin fish sure are ugly - but pretty green at the same time. Some good photos - did you make the stainless rod holder insert yourself or can you buy those - a good idea for when you want to point your rod in the other direction. Looks a a better option than plastic. I'm interested in something like that.

Yeh it was very similar to a NSW Blue Groper but looked the colouration of a blubberlips.

Not many on plastics lately. Maybe a couple of Dolphinfish a day before having to go to livies.
