A bladder on a boats fuel tank could well be the go as there should be little or no room for air and fuel vapours to burn off. The end result would be longer lasting fresher fuel.

But there is one draw back we had bladders on some Aircraft and even though you drain water from the fuel every day. Water, even after shaking the wing water ! would still be trapped in the folds of the bladder on the bottom of the tank.

However never cause us any issues just something to be aware off.
