hey guys, sorry for the late report,
headed out to douglas saturday with high expectations. a little sloppy on the way out but the further we went the calmer it got;D . Sitting on 25 knots it was about a 2 hour 30min trip.for the first couple of hours no keepers. then the lipper and juvie reds were bitting.one member of the boat hooked onto a solid fish and he kep calling it for a shak but it didnt fight for a shark. the first run wasst but to slow for a shark and it was caught while fishing for reds, while we were catching reds, and with balls on the sounder. so i think it was a BIG red!
he was spewing when he got his hooks straitened.
Later on i got a 150lb shark to the boat and y dad cght somthing we could no get of the bottom. we folled it for 30min. Dose anyone have an idea of this fish or whatever it was?
Any way a dissapointing trip to douglas.
dose any know what sort of shark this is also??
