need help with transome

I have a v19c Haines with a well in it, I want to cut it out and replace the transome and put an alloy pod on it. If anyone has any suggestions on where to take it or who I should get to do the fiberglassing I would be very appreciative, I live in the tinncan bay area.

I do fibreglass repairs and rebuilds, this is a early 19 haines thats having pod and duckboards fitted the hull is very original and the rebuid will be flowcoated which is a big job in itself.Heres a couple of piccys....jim
