:) Left VMR ramp Bribie at 4.15am with No. 1 deckie, Kevie aboard, just back from a trip to 1770, blown away. Headed across the bay at 22 knots in Argo-naut. Joined by Scoota and Megs aboard My Lady. First stop Smith's no joy, one small cod one red throat Thanks to charter boat that cruised by at 20knots between two boats at anchor. Left Smith's headed to Brennan's, Kevie landed two squire. Headed to 85m mark, east of Cape, picked up one Pig Fish, 2 Pearlies. Great conditions, fish not on the job. Headed North, east of Flinders, picked up 8 pearlies, 1 at 3kg. I would have probably gone straight past you - mate and I in his tinnie. Went to the cape and got nothing then went east to 120mts (past 2 trawlers) and picked up a 15kg cobia. Only decent fish of the day

Biggest Cobia i've ever seen! About 15kgs maybe and 120cm. Conditions were great, pity about the day before when we went out.
