Has anyone had any long term experience with those electronic rust prevention gizmos called Corrosion Guard for cars? Just wondering whether they really work?

I had one, complete failure, so bad that when I approached the manufacturer he offered me a can of stuff that smelt like fisholene as a remedy.
Utter waste of money and a complete fraud, well known brand too.

They/those type of devices have been around for a long time but try and find REAL INDEPENDENT results - there is a very good reason for that, unless of the gullible persuasion.
Some use the mining industry but it's a poor analogy just like when people use a government department or Aust milliatry.

If you get one don't forget the magnetic fuel discombobulator and the esteemed hi clone, think the late peter brock had a device that would align all of the molecules of fast Holdens if it was stuck to the firewall.

It never ends and is fun to watch over time but still they can afford to advertise, so words certainly are cheap and sell also.....
