I'm heading to Darwin for a couple of weeks and hoping to book a barra charter. Can anyone recommend a good Barra charter operator that picks up from Darwin.

Also, any comments on what the fishing would be like this time of year.

Mate the fishing this time of year for Barra is RED HOT it's run off time after all,on getting a good barra guide this time of year who is not already booked solid..............well good luck.

Pm if you want some detail's but i don't like your chance's getting a seat,

Mate, spent a few weeks in Darwin last year. There are plenty of operators around Darwin. I found that a few sell their wares at the Mindil Beach markets and offer some pretty attractive discounts... Check them out. Can't tell you specific names - sorry.

Raymond the run off fishing is the best time to go but as dan said
hard to get a charter at this time of the year keep a eye on this site
might get you on to one

grab the latest NAFA magazine it has just about every barra guide in the territory in it and what they do for you.
