1.3 Metre yellowtail kingfish. Note the broken Stradic resting on the back of the fish. It went for one last strong run and the reel snapped off at the base. Made for a very interesting battle.

do 1.6m pike eels count ? if not a 10 kg long fin it was about the metre mark and i caught it in the bay of the back of a trawler with a abu .
ps.trawlers are no good for chasing tuna .

I dont know the exact measurement, but i own a 21 footer, and the Tiger me and my mate pulled up wasnt too much smaller than my boat. NO photo, no fish? In this case you will have to take my word.

When I was 12yo I caught a 23 pound Chinook (king) Salmon in the Columbia River in Washington State.

I was so excited when I hooked it that I forgot to use the reel and just walked backwards up the bank and dragged it in...........LOL ::) ;D
