Northern Banks Feed

Havent posted for a while due to lack of transport (we are building a new boat).
So I managed to bum a trip with YOLO.

Launched the boat at Mooloolabah after remembering to take the safety chain off, by the way Trophy's can pull cars into the drink (a little expriment I was trying), luckily only pulled it 100 mm back so all was good. (Hope I get another invite :-/ )

Headed to Northern Banks on Saturday in near flat conditions, arrived at spot in good time, dropped the pick for a perfect position.

Started to burley and within 15mins had a few reasonable snaps and a couple of pearlies coming aboard. Was fishing near the bottom when I hooked a small reefy when BANG my baitrunner went off like a fire cracker, followed by me saying to Yolo "We are never gonna see this fish" to cut a long story short I was wrong he was right as you can see by the pic.

Final count :
8 Snaps
3 Pearlies
1 Parrot
1 Maori Cod
1 Dolphin fish
1 30lb Wahoo (29.5lb I rounded up:) )

Great day out on a very comfortable boat.
