;D ;D as some of you already know,,, i do a fair bit for the Qld Cancer Foundation,,, especially for Camp Quality kids,,,

well a project that has been some time in the making has just about come to a head,,,

i painstakingly gave up a few acres of land on my farm for a few kids (50) to try their hand in growing stuff that could be used in a win win situation for them and customers,,,

most of which went to growing ,,,,,,,,,,,,, garlic,,, (why not i thought,,, it takes care of itself,,, and i love the stuff,,,,)

well,,, the first batch of garlic has been harvested,,,,,,,,and turned into a very toxic,,, extremly volatile garlic base that can be used straight,,,, or flavoured to suit any need,,, (i'm trying some in the tank on the 4b tomorrow)

need a couple of garlic lovers to raise there hands so we can get an ""honest"" and true opinion of the brew

this is FREE,,,,,,,,, and we can send it to you,,,,, first in best dressed tho',,,,

i'm unsure of how many ""sample bottles"" have been done,,, but i can say,,,, i used a couple of teaspoons in last nights chicken,,,,,,, and yeh,,, its good

may try tomorrow with some honey added,,,,,,,,,,,,

Be careful though. Our native animals love chilli and get quite attached to the stuff (possums and roos etc). But that can be fixed by growing Habanero chillis. They rarely come back for a second bite :D
